What is the design process like?
I take a structured approach to branding and web design. This process was created to ensure every project is delivered on-time and on-budget. Once your project kicks off, here’s what to expect:
We will kick off our project with a design “homework” questionnaire that includes questions about your business, mission, goals, and overall ideas.
This questionnaire will help me capture your vision, values and style so that I can help you build the perfect brand identity and/or website.
Once the questionnaire is submitted, I study all of your “homework,” then spend time researching your industry, competitors and ideal client to ensure that my design direction solves your needs, speaks your message, and helps your business stand out among your competitors.
After I’ve done my research and have a clear understanding of what is needed, I’ll work my magic and start laying the foundation for your unique, custom brand identity / website design that will inspire your customers to take action.
If you purchase the website + branding bundle. We will first begin with your logo and brand design . Once your branding design is complete, we’ll move forward to the website design stage. Your site will be designed with your ideal customer as the star of the show, so you can start attracting the clients and customers you’ve been dreaming of.
I will present you a preview of your design and you’ll get to make revisions (if any). You will always have two rounds of design revisions of feedback, and we will work together to make any edits until you LOVE the final product.
After all phases of design are completed, your website will go live, and we’ll bring everything together to finalize your exciting new branding package. Yay, this is when we LAUNCH!
Don’t worry, I won’t leave you hanging. You will receive a goodbye package that includes all the final elements you need, training documents, and marketing materials that your package includes to help you with your launch.

Yes, 6 month payments plans are available upon request. Your design process timeline will be separate from your payment plan timeline.
For standard payments a 50% down payment is required to book your project in my calendar. An invoice will be sent to you after you accept & sign my proposal to work together. The remaining balance will be billed at the end of the project before your website goes live or before I deliver your final branding package files.
I use an online payment system that will provide you with the ability to view your invoices and make payments through credit card, debit card, PayPal and ACH bank transfer.
